What is the purpose of SingleTweeps?
SingleTweeps is a free online directory of single adults (18+ years of age) who have Twitter accounts. Once we launch our search page you'll be able to find other single people in your area, using our location based search engine. You can join and leave SingleTweeps anytime. There is no cost or obligation. Our goal is to help you meet and find other interesting single adults and for you to grow the number of followers you have. Remember, you control who you follow and who follows you. We're simply a free directory so more people can meet you.
Q - How do I remove myself from your directory?
A - So you found someone and its time to remove yourself from our single's directory?

When will Search be enabled?
We launched the site on June 18, 2009. During our beta phase we're allowing people to add themselves to our directory. We need to get about 30,000 people in the directory before we can start supplying decent search results by zip/postal code. Once we get enough people in our database, we'll turn Search on. You can help us get to 30,000 by adding yourself to our directory and by ReTweeting us to your friends.
Q - Can I be listed in SingleTweeps if my Twitter profile is "Protected"?
No. Our automated application will never see your tweet since they do not appear in Twitter's search results. Even if we did add you, none of our members whould be able to read your tweets, so what's the point?
Q - I've had a birthday, I've changed my bio on Twitter, or I want to update the number of followers I have in your directory, how do I do that?
Simply go back to our Home page and Tweet To Complete to us again, when we receive the Tweet will update all of your information in our directory.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Privacy? Are you kidding? We're going to show your Twitter profile to anyone who'll look at it. Our Free Single Directory on Twitter was designed to help single people find other interesting single people on Twitter. More followers = more friends. That being said, since you're following us we'll be careful in the number of tweets we send, so we don't bug you.
